When will my order be shipped?

We ship your order as soon as possible. If you place your order by 12 p.m. and the items are in stock, there’s a high chance your package will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are usually packed the same day and shipped the next business day.

For made-to-order products – like our pet stairs, stair accessories, or certain bowls – the processing time may be a little longer. But no worries: the estimated dispatch time is always clearly mentioned on the product page.


How much is shipping?

  • Slovenia: €4.50 for orders under €100, free for orders €100 and above.

  • European Union: €10.00 for orders under €100, free for orders €100 and above.


Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the European Union.


How long does delivery take?

  • Slovenia: 2–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

(Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the courier and the size of the order. For made-to-order products the processing time may be a little longer)


How do I pay for my order?

We accept online card payments during checkout (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, …).


Can I get an invoice for my company?

Of course! In step 2 of the checkout, select the option to receive a business invoice and fill in your company name, address, and tax number. The invoice will be included in your package.


How do I place an order?

Just add your favorite items to the cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and you're all set.

Not a fan of online checkout? No problem! You can also email us at info@forpetsandus.com and we’ll process the order for you.


How do I know if my order went through?

You’ll receive a confirmation email right after placing your order with a summary of items and the total price.

⚠️ Sometimes our emails end up in spam, so be sure to check there too. If you don’t see it or think you made a typo in your email, contact us and we’ll help.


Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No – you can check out as a guest.


How do I use a promo code?

Enter your code in the promo box during checkout and click Apply.

Discounts apply to non-discounted items only. If something’s off, contact us at info@forpetsandus.com.


My promo code didn’t work. What now?

Promo codes don’t apply to already discounted or excluded items. Specific terms are always stated with the code.

Can I return products if they don’t suit me?

Absolutely. Email us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@forpetsandus.com and we’ll send you return instructions.

You then have 14 more days to send back the unused items. Return shipping is your responsibility. Don’t forget to include a copy of your invoice.

⚠️ Please note: This return policy does not apply to personalised, made-to order items, as these are crafted specifically for you.


What should I know about made-to-order items?

Some of our products can be personalised – like pet stairs, stair add-ons, vases or custom bowls – and are made just for you after your order is placed.

  • They may take a little longer to prepare (dispatch times are stated on the product page).

  • Since they’re crafted individually, they are not eligible for return, unless there's a defect or error on our part.
