We understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned — and we’re here to help.

Standard Returns

If your product doesn't meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving it.

To start a return, please send us an email at info@forpetsandus.com and we’ll provide clear instructions.

Important conditions for returns:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the product is faulty).

• Please include a copy of your invoice inside the package.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and process a refund to your original payment method within a few business days.

Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products can be personalised – such as pet stairs, stair accessories, vases or personalised bowls – are made to order just for you.

Because of their custom-made nature, these items cannot be returned unless:

• the product arrives damaged, or

• there was a manufacturing error on our part.

If you believe something is wrong with your made-to-order item, please contact us right away at info@forpetsandus.com with photos and details, and we’ll work it out together.
