Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our online store and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. The seller reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products and Custom Manufacturing

Most products available in our store are made-to-order and individually produced using 3D printing technology upon confirmation of payment. Products are not mass-produced or kept in stock.
Because of their custom-made nature, minor visual imperfections (e.g., visible print lines, slight surface variations) may occur. These do not affect the function of the product and are not considered defects.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through the available payment methods. Accepted payment methods include secure online card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
Orders will only be processed after payment is successfully received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to countries within the European Union.

  • Slovenia: 2–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • Made-to-order products (such as pet stairs, stair accessories, or custom bowls): processing times are longer. The estimated dispatch time is always clearly stated on the relevant product page.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout:

  • Slovenia: €4.50 for orders under €100, free for orders €100 and above.

  • EU: €10.00 for orders under €100, free for orders €100 and above.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Most of our products can be personalised and are custom-made. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for such items that are personalised, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
For non-personalised items, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

6. Returns and Complaints

Returns are only accepted in cases of defective or non-conforming products. Minor surface imperfections caused by the 3D printing process are not valid grounds for return.
If your item arrives damaged or non-functional, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, if applicable, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.

7. Warranty

All products come with a 2-year statutory warranty under EU consumer protection laws, covering functional defects. This does not include damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Ljubljana, unless otherwise required by consumer protection legislation.
